Billing export

Being a protel partner, you can access an overview in the billing dialog box which will list all of the bookings per month and per hotel. Based on this overview, you can comfortably create the monthly billings for your clients. In the left part of the navigation, select the name of your company name - usually the upper most folder - to open the overview. By means of the "Month" and "Year" selection menus, you can then determine as of which month the bookings are to be displayed.

protel Cloud Center > System > Billing

The displayed overview can then also be exported in Excel. To do so, tap on [Export] for the respective month and the Excel file will be downloaded.

This function will then enable you to create your monthly bills however you like. Even more, you will always have an overview of all of your WBE bookings for the current month.
