Do not send cancellation confirmations to the guest for company reservations.

[Messenger > Transmission rules > Event based rule (Event: WBE - Cancellation completed successfully)]

By default, cancellation confirmations for company reservations are sent to the company and the guest. A new setting makes sure that the cancellation confirmation is only sent to the company.

Select the following checkbox so that the guest (i.e., the employee) does NOT receive a cancellation confirmation for company bookings:

Ill.: Messenger > Transmission rules > Add / edit rule > Event based (Event: WBE - Cancellation completed successfully) >
New checkbox: For company bookings DO NOT send CXL confirmation to the guest
