By default, cancellation confirmations for company reservations are sent to the company and the guest. A new setting makes sure that the cancellation confirmation is only sent to the company.
Select the following checkbox so that the guest (i.e., the employee) does NOT receive a cancellation confirmation for company bookings:
Ill.: Messenger > Transmission rules > Add / edit rule > Event

New checkbox: For company bookings DO NOT send CXL confirmation to the
guest
