protel Messenger
Email-templates
Email-templates for various themes are now available for you in protel
Messenger. Click on the 
symbol and a selection for
the templates opens.[Upload] button and a new window opens.
protel Cloud Center > Messenger > Transmission rules > Message > Templates
Look for the appropriate template from the list and click on [Select], to insert it into the message.
Grouping the replacement codes
The replacement codes have been grouped thematically, so that you can quickly find the right one:
protel Cloud Center > Messenger > Transmission rules > Message > Replacement codes
You will find all of the replacement codes for your messages in the groups guest information, reservation information, hotel information, and additional information.
