protel Messenger

The replacement code for the personal salutation uses the text from the "Personal salutation" field in the protel guest profile. Up till now, a salutation had not been inserted into the message when this field of a non-private profile (e.g. a company profile) was left empty.

Now there is a fall-back text which is used when a personal salutation has not been entered into the company profile. To avoid sending messages without a salutation, the phrase "Dear Sir or Madam" will now be inserted instead.

New Coupon dialog box

There is a new dialog box to create the coupons for protel WBE. Contrary to the old dialog box, you can now differentiate between two validity time periods.

protel cloud center > Online Booking > Coupons

Decide whether the coupon will be able to be redeemed with a booking only within a certain time period or whether the coupon is valid for a stay during a certain time-period. You can also combine the two options (redeemable in time period X for a stay during time-period Y).
