protel Survey
There is now a pre-defined score of points to be reached. Determine
the amount of points to be reached by your guests:
This will then be marked in red for the evaluation:
The desired level of guest-satisfaction can now be seen at a glance.
A list of good and bad words makes it easier for you to categorize
free-text comments.
There is now a new export function available for free-text comments.
By this function you will reach the print preview where you can either
print the feedback or create a respective PDF file. This will make
it possible for you to read your guest’s feedback forms even outside
the protel Cloud Center.
The good and bad words will be color-highlighted thus giving you an
even easier review of your guests’ comments.
An additional new feature supports you with evaluating your survey
results. Tag all of the comments as “Done” after having categorized
them or select the checkbox if you have contacted the guest or your
employees with regards to the comments.
There is now an additional option for the websites to which your
guests are to be forwarded after having finished filling-out the survey.
For example, if you want to forward guests who positively evaluated
their stay to various evaluation portals, you can now have various
links for the same amount of points. protel Survey arbitrarily forwards
guests to the various evaluation portals.
protel Messenger
A new function in protel Messenger makes it easier for you to create
new messages. In the replacement codes drop-down menu, you will now
be given brief explanations to the respective replacement code by
moving your mouse pointer over them.
This will let you know exactly what information is contained in the
replacement code and which text can be connected.
For the evaluation of good and bad words in the free-text answers
section of a survey, there is now an appropriate event for the transmission
rule in protel Messenger: Survey - Free-Text answers including bad
words.
This will allow you to directly inform a hotel employee after a certain
number of bad words appear in a survey.
protel WBE
By activating a setting in the protel Cloud Center’s channel information,
you can now automatically book additional beds for reservations containing
children. In the hotel information, you will then only have to determine
which bed is to be booked for which childrens age group:
