A new filter enables you to contact guests specifically when
they are inhouse or when they will be inhouse in a defined number
of days.
For example: You are offering live music or a special buffet on Saturday
and you want to inform on Thursday all guests about this event that
will be inhouse on Saturday. To do so choose either a "Repeating"
transmission rule, which is sent every Thursday in case you are offering
the buffet every Saturday
or choose a "One-time" message when the event is organized
only once. In the second step please select the filter "Inhouse
guests" and enter that you want to filter all guests that will
be inhouse in 2 days ("days until stay: 2").

Tip Do you already know that you should link your additional services which are offered in the protel WBE to a rate code? If your guest has to cancel the reservation, the booked additional services can only be cancelled by him in the protel WBE when they are linked to the rate code.
