If an email was not sent successfully, the error message can now be checked much easier. Instead of expanding the column in the log until the whole text is displayed, now a single mouse click on the message is all you have to do.
protel Cloud Center > Messenger > Log - Email
Click once with left mouse button on the referring error message an a new dialog will open.
protel Cloud Center > Messenger > Log - Email > Error message
This way you can easily read the whole error message. In the example displayed above the 12 MB attachment was too big to send the message successfully.
Even when you are not able to resolve the error by yourself, the new dialog will support you. Just copy the text of the error message an send it to your protel Partner or the protel Support. Thus, you do not have to describe the error in detail, but the Support team has got all necessary information to help you.
