Selection for WBE Booking Confirmations

In protel Messenger, it is now possible to select forms for the WBE reservation confirmation directly from protel system data. Instead of saving the form in the protel system data, you can now create different kinds of confirmation messages with varying forms and filters in Messenger.

protel Cloud Center > Messenger > Transmission rules > WBE-Booking Confirmation > Filter

In the "Filter" step, you will need to select the form in the respective language depending on which language you decide to use for your message. When selecting and sending the booking confirmation in German and English, as shown in the screenshot above, the English form will automatically be attached to the English message and sent to all of your international guests and the German message with the attached German booking confirmation will be sent to your German guests.

The selection of a default language enables you to control which language will be used if no form is selected for the guest's language. For example if Italian has been selected as the guest's language in the guest profile, then he would receive the confirmation in English because English has been entered as the default language.

If you do not want to send any attachment with your WBE confirmation, select the "No attachment" option. In doing so, only your message will be sent.

Good to know As long as you do not replace the settings in the system data by using the new function in protel Messenger, everything will remain unchanged. You can use the new function in Messenger to benefit from more options. You can, however, keep your conventional settings.
