WBE booking confirmations will now also be sent when the Cloud does not have access to your protel forms (reason might be, e.g., no connection or a deleted formula). The confirmation mails will simply be sent without an attachment. Another new aspect is that an error message is displayed in protel FO as an IFC error.
An interface error will be indicated by a flashing red light:
protel FO > Icon row
Click on the symbol to open the error message:
protel FO > IFC-Status > IFC error message
You can then read for which guest a WBE booking confirmation had been sent without an attachment and then resend the form to the guest.
