The protel Air upgrade in Summer 2020 brought about changes to the user interface and also to many functions.

You can find the updated instructions for them in the new protel Air Online Help.

Please note: The migration process is still ongoing. Therefore you may still be able to use some functions as described in this Online Help.

Linked profiles tab

[Reservation dialog box > Linked profiles]

If required, you can link a reservation to numerous guest profiles, for example when an event-organizer is to also be saved additionally to the booker.

Open the linked profiles tab and click the [Add profile] button.

The guest search will then open. Here you can search and apply the desired profile.

As soon as a linked profile has been saved, an arrow appears in front of the tab:

Linked profiles will also be considered in the active lists and can be shown or hidden respectively.
