The help describes the installation and configuration of the Best Western Interface for protel SPE/MPE and how its use effects daily work in the front office.

Limited use

This help is intended solely for protel employees, authorized partners and support staff. The duplication, processing, publishing, alteration, distribution to third parties is prohibited. Navigation

Navigating through the online help is done either via the table of contents, the index, the glossary, or the forward and back button.

Table of Contents: By clicking on a folder or a page in the table of contents, the corresponding topic opens in your browser window.

Index: Click on the index symbol in the online help to access the index. Once there, double-click on a keyword to jump to the linked help topic. By entering the search word, you can also search for a certain term in the index.

Glossary: Clicking on the book symbol to navigate to the glossary. The glossary explains terminology which can help you better understand the BWI interface.

Back button: Opens the previous chapter

Forward button: Opens the next chapter

Search

The Help comes with a high-performance full-text search. In the online help, click the magnifying glass and then enter the search words. Click the [Enter] to start the search. All of the topics which contain the searched term will appear in the results list. Useful: When opening the respective topic in the results list; the searched term in the opened topic will be displayed in gray
