In the user administration, enter the FDI for each user (FDI = Front Desk Incentive, employee’s 3-digit enrollment number in the BWI system).

The hotel employee's FDI numbers can be searched for in Best Western's Member Web. For more information, please contact your Best Western service center.

The FDI is sent to the CRS with each new enrollment. The number is issued by BWI and must be saved to the user’s data.

Activate the May override rate availability option for all users (otherwise local rates will not be displayed).
