Best Western Pre-Implementation Package |
As soon as an installation date has been agreed upon with the hotel, the hotel will receive a Pre-Implementation Package in Excel Format from the Best Western.

The package contains all of the important information for the adaptation of the system data to the guidelines provided by Best Western International:

Rate Groups
Rates
Guarantee Conditions and Cancellation Conditions
Based on the Pre-Implementation Package, Best Western together with the Hotel checks the data's correctness and to see whether it is up-to-date. All room types and rates must correlate on both sides (Hotel & CRS).
Changes eventually required by the CRS will be agreed upon by the Hotel and Best Western and commissioned by Best western International (BWI). The implementation of the changes made takes about 10-14 days! Subsequently the Pre-Implementation-Package will once again be sent to the hotel.
Should further changes not be required, the hotel will sign the final Pre-Implementation Package and forward it to protel/the installer. The configuration of the interface can only begin once the Pre-Implementation Package has been signed!
The Pre-Implementation-Package serves as the basis for the adaptation/setup of the system data and the activation of the two-way interface.
