This video tutorial shows you how to create a guest profile independently from a reservation and gives a quick overview of the profile.
By means of the Profiles menu, you can quickly and easily create a new guest profile.
In the Profiles menu, select an arbitrary menu point. If you want, you can already preselect the desired guest profile (e.g., by clicking on "Profiles > Companies").
In the Guest search window, click the New profile button.
A window then appears for you to enter the guest information. If you are actually talking to the guest while doing this, the guest's last name and the respective salutation will suffice.
Confirm the dialog by selecting [OK] and you will return to the guest search. You can come back to complete the details later.
HINT: You can fill in the information for the guest's nationality, as well as country of birth in the preferences (System data > Hotel management > Guest profile (Flash) > Preferences). Each new guest profile is then generated with the preferred values.
