Cancellations list

This list shows all cancelled reservations with cancellation reason for a specific day or period of time. Whenever necessary, you can undo any cancellations in no time.

Undo cancelled reservation

  1. Select a time period

  2. Select the cancelled reservation from the results list

  3. At the bottom of the window, click on the [Undo cancellation] button

Filter functions

With the aid of the filter functions, you can limit the displayed departures based on certain criteria.

Cancellation date

You can search for the date of when a reservation was cancelled. To do so, select the "Cancelled on" entry frim the "Search" selection list and then select the searched date / time period.

Cancellation reason

If you only want to see cancellation with a special cancellation reason, select the desired cancellation reason in the cancellation reason selection list located at the top right.

Refresh display

You will have to refresh the display as soon as you change a filter criterion in the list:

  • hit the <Enter> key to do so, or
  • click on the magnifying glass  at the top right.

Possible actions to be taken:

By means buttons in the lower part of the window, you can execute the following actions for one or more of the marked reservations -  the same actions can also accessed via the context menu (right mouse click).

Opens the guest profile of an allotted guest.

The button is only active when a guest has been saved for the reserved room. Clicking the button opens the respective guest's profile (not that of the booker!). In the arrivals list, the allotted guest is displayed in the "Last name" i.e., "Guest name(s)" columns.

By selecting a reservation  you will be taken to the reservation summary where you have access to all of the other details of the reservation.

Undos a cancellation.

  • To print the reservation list, click on the sub-task entitled "Print". The list will be printed exactly as it appears on your screen.

  • Click on the "Registration form" sub-task to print a registration form for the selected guest.

  • Print as Excel list: Exports the reservation list in Excel format.
