Menu bar

Across the top of the protel Air window you will find a bar which is called the menu bar. It is one of the most important components you’ll need for your daily work with protel Air. The menu bar contains many important functions and commands to support your daily tasks.

When you click on one of the items in the menu, a drop-down list of all underlying menu items will appear. By clicking on of the menu items, the respective program function will be shown, for instance the room plan (click on “Reservation” in the menu bar then on the menu item “Room Plan”)

Display additional menus

The following symbol will appear if there is not enough room to display all of the menu points of the menu bar:

Clicking on the menu symbol to navigate to all of the additionally available menu points.

Tasks symbol

By clicking on the tasks symbol, you have access to all of the current and finished tasks which are executed during a session (e.g., the compilation of a certain report).

The number indicates how many generated reports are available for viewing or saving. Click on the tasks symbol to download the reports.

After having downloaded the reports, they can be deleted from the list by means of [X].
