Configuring reservation codes

You can create separate entries for each reservation code. You can also edit or delete existing entries.

Example: Cancellation reason

If, for example, you want to create an additional cancellation reason in the system data, proceed as follows:

• In the System data window, click “Reservation > Reservation codes.”

• Select “Cancellation reason” in the left window pane and click the “Add” button.

• Enter a name, a short name and a description in the respective text boxes. You can leave the Active check box selected or clear it if the code should not be available until later.

• Click the globe icon to enter foreign language translations for the names and description if required.

• Click “Apply” and “OK” to confirm the changes.

You can assign each reservation status a certain color. If you do, the room plan displays the relevant reservations in the colors of your choice respectively.
