[System data Reservation Reservation codes ]
You can create separate entries for each reservation code. You can also edit or delete existing entries.
Example: Cancellation reason
If, for example, you want to create an additional cancellation reason in the system data, proceed as follows:
In the System data window, click “Reservation > Reservation codes.”
Select “Cancellation reason” in the left window pane and click the “Add” button.
Enter a name, a short name and a description in the respective text boxes. You can leave the Active check box selected or clear it if the code should not be available until later.
Click the globe icon to enter foreign language translations for the names and description if required.
Click “Apply” and “OK” to confirm the changes.
You can assign each reservation status a certain color. If you do, the room plan displays the relevant reservations in the colors of your choice respectively.
