New filter and replacement codes for Banquet

It is now possible to send emails regarding a banquet event via protel Messenger. The following filters are available:

Messenger > Transmission rules > Add > Select a filter

You will be shown additional parameters depending on the filter you have selected. For example, select “Event date” and you will be able to select the time period for which the filter is to be applied. This will enable you to contact all of the organizers who will be holding an event at your hotel next month.

Corresponding to the new filters, you can also use new replacement codes in the message with reference to banquet events.

Messenger > Transmission rules > Add > Event date > Message

In the message you can provide information about when the event starts and ends, then insert both the event’s name or the second name from the event dialog box into protel FO.
