Login

With the new protel Cloud Center Update, a new security measure with new standards for the Cloud Center Login comes into force:

From now on, a password must contain at least seven characters and must consist of numbers and letters.
Automatic log off when inactive: After an inactive time-period of 15 minutes, the logged in user will automatically be logged out (previously 240 min).
After 5 failed login attempts, login will be blocked for 30 minutes.
Should a user have not logged in to the Cloud Center for more than 90 days, that user will be blocked. The user can be unlocked by means of the user management.
Each user will have to change their passwords every 90 days. The user will be informed about this 20 days prior to expiration of the 90 days. After the update, the cut-off day for the age of the current password needs to be set to the day of update.

When changing the password, the password will have to differ from the last four passwords.

Important!

Each user, whose current password does not adhere to the new policy, will be required to change their password during login!

Shop | Traces with additional messages for shop orders
As soon as a shop item has been booked by means of the Voyager app, a trace with an addtional message will be generated by request in the Front Office informing the respective department about the new order.

Log | Text Message Account Statement
The text message balance is now compiled and displayed in a text message account statement:

Log | Resending emails
By means of the [Resend] button selected emails can be resent from the email log. The number in brackets displays the number of emails selected for resending.

Online Booking > Channel Settings > New Tab “payment settings”
The settings for the payment provider can now be configured in a tab in the channel information. Settings which have previously been made with the respective XSetups will be automatically adopted in this tab.
