[Reservation > Reservation enquiry]
The walk-in feature allows you to immediately check-in a guest who hasn’t made a previous reservation. A reservation made with the Walk-in function automatically receives the reservation status “Checked-in” (CI).
Just click on "Reservation" in the main menu and then select the menu item "Walk-in." The Reservation enquiry dialog will open.
By
default all required entry fields are filled in for a stay for one
night.
Please mind the number of
entered guests per room and adjust them if you need to.
Adjust and enter all other details for the reservation and click on [Check availability]
Select a room type and the rate and click on [Book]. The Guest search dialog box opens.
Select
an existing profile or create a new one.
An available room for the requested room type will immediately be
assigned.
In the Reservation Summary dialog box, select the appropriate distribution channel (Direct / Walk-in) from the drop down menu.
Enter additional information in the Reservation Summary dialog box and complete the reservation by clicking [OK].
