protel Air offers several options to move an existing reservation, a new reservation, or even a reservation which has been already checked in.
For a detailed description on how to move a reservation in the room plan, please go to the following chapter: “Room plan> Move reservation.”
This option only works for reservations which have not yet been checked-in and moves the reservation for the entire stay from one room to another.
Open the respective reservation by double-clicking (e.g., in the room plan or an active list).
In the "Rooms" tab, click on the "Room" column and on the room which you would like to change below. Only the rooms in the selected room type as well as the rooms which are available will be displayed.
If you would like to move the guest to another room type, first change the room type and then select the respective room. Only the room types which still have available rooms will be displayed.
Whenever a room type is changed the price changes accordingly.
